the next time you're working ground with a Torsion-Flex Harrow from
J&M. The double basket design features a torsion-flex arm that
maintains proper ground tension and allows the basket to flex over uneven
terrain. The result is a more consistent performance that levels and
finishes the soil in one pass...preparing a more uniform seed bed composed
of finer soil at planting depth to help retain proper moisture and larger
particles on top to prevent crusting.
Built to outlast the rockiest soils, all Torsion-Flex Harrows feature double 12-inch diameter baskets with eight extra-thick blades made of high grade steel welded to a full length 1 1/4" diameter solid steel center shaft. Heavy-duty bearings with triple lipped seals ensure maximum life and durability. The transport wheels are equipped with an eight inch hydraulic cylinder that provides a greater range of vertical movement, allowing the baskets to be lifted across the top of extremely wet conditions without the need for side-wing wheels. The turn-buckle adjustment bar allows you to quickly set the tongue and basket height, providing a greater range of adjustment that maximizes road clearance. |
